The Apartment

The apartment is very well furnished and has all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. It consists of a large living room with dining table, a modern kitchen, a double room with air conditioning, a balcony and private bathroom, a large twin room (can sleep 4) with air conditioning and a balcony, a second double room with balcony with table and chairs, a main bathroom and a single room with a wardrobe and private bathroom with shower.
This two rooms have fans.

 

Living Room

The spacious living room has sofas, stunning view, dining table, TV with 156 channels, music and DVD players and Wi-Fi. It benefits from the flowered balcony and enjoys a typical neighborhood environment in the city of Lisbon.

 

Kitchen

The kitchen has a small dining table and comes fully equipped – refrigerator, microwave, oven and you can prepare your meals using all small appliances, including electric kettle, blender, toaster and coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. There is also an iron and ironing board.

 

Other Services

Towels, hairdryer and toiletries are available courtesy of the owner. Bed linens also available. Free wi-fi, cable tv, dish and laundry machines available, central heating, air conditioning in some rooms.
A cleaning service in the morning is also included (weekdays).
Guides and maps are available for your stay.

Please note that there is a lift which we take at the 1st floor to go to LISBON DOWNTOWN APARTMENT in the 3rd floor.
There are 3 groups of 6 large stairs with a handrail to go up. It is not hard but not appropriated to handicapped people or wheelchairs.
There is 1 travel bed for a small child in the apartment.
Please let us know in advance and at least 2 days prior to your arrival, your check in hours at the apartment.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family meet up - if it was for sale, I'd want to buy it! It really felt like home. There were eight of us in our group - four adults and four kids between ages 11-14 - flying in from Boston, London, and Luanda for a long weekend. The location was terrific, easy walking distance to Time Out Market, the main plaza and all of central Lisbon. Despite it being Carnival weekend, the apartment was quiet at night and the beds super comfortable. Communication with Mafalda was excellent and self check in a breeze. I would absolutely book this apartment again for a future visit to Lisbon!

Amazing apartment in a great location that’s very family friendly. Tons of space and lots of nice touches all around the apartment to make staying with little kids very easy. Mafalda is a superhost - the kitchen had food in the fridge and fresh bread and wine waiting for us when we arrived, and she has a daily cleaning service come on weekdays to keep the apartment on top shape. We had a fantastic stay!

Loved our stay at Mafalda's! The apartment is quite big and spacious and easily accomadated our group of 7 ladies. Having 3 full bathrooms certainly helped plus the shower pressure was great! It's very centrally located so we were able to walk to all the main Lisbon atractions. The apartment itself is full of every amenity needed to stay from hairdryers to travel adapters. There's a wonderful little coffee shop right around the corner and a mini-market aswell. Mafalda herself was very helpful with all of our needs from transport requests to resturant reservations and was always a quick (Hidden by Airbnb) message away:) Just an FYI. There is an elevator but it starts at the first floor. You will have to carry your suitcases up 1 flight of stairs. Not a big issue for us but thought I would let others know. We had a wonderful stay. Don't hesistate to book this amazing place!

L'appartamento di Mafalda è veramente eccezionale. Corrisponde assolutamente alle foto, anzi è addirittura più bello. La cucina è superaccessoriata, l'host ci ha lasciato anche cibo in abbondanza per le colazioni. I bagni sono corredati di tutto il necessario per la doccia. Pulizie impeccabili. Lo consiglio assolutamente !

Great place. We travelled with a large family, including 2 toddlers, and enjoyed the house. The proximity to food, public transit, and other historic landmarks was very helpful.

Taxi service from the airport should not cost more than 25€. Alternatively you can take the Metro until Baixa-Chiado station.
